SMALL DOSE
I was in and out of Mercy Hospital so many times as my husband battled Congestive Heart Failure. Day, night, weekend, weekday...we were there! As we entered the Emergency Room one evening by ambulance, I realized I forgot my water bottle. All I wanted, aside from my husband's good health, was water. I went to the gift shop, several vending areas, and truly traversed the hospital. There was no bottled water! As I spoke to several attendants at Mercy, they noted they are trying to 'help the environment' and doing away with bottled water as people can use drinking fountains or reusable bottles. I was out of luck! Interesting photo below...Mercy filled the entire cooler with soda, just no water! Helping the environment does not mean replacing water filled plastic bottles with sugar filled plastic bottles! I drank a soda for the first time in thirteen years!
